Betmonie – Official Game Rules
Last Updated: October 20, 2025
Applies to: All pool betting entries made on www.betmonie.com
1. Introduction
These General Game Rules govern participation in all betting games and pool competitions offered by Betmonie Limited (“Betmonie”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
They apply to all entries, bets, and wagers placed through the Supa Pools website, mobile app, or any other authorised channel. By participating in any Betmonie game, you agree to be bound by these Game Rules, our Customer Terms and Conditions, and any Game-Specific Rules applicable to the particular game you enter.
2. The Nature of Pool Betting
Betmonie operates pool betting products licensed by the UK Gambling Commission.
In pool betting, all stakes for a given game or event are combined into a single pool, from which winning dividends are calculated. After any applicable deductions or commission, the remaining pool is shared equally among all winning entries at each winning level.
All dividends are determined by the total amount staked, the number of winning entries, and the distribution rules for that game.
3. Entry and Participation
- To participate in any Betmonie game, you must have a valid Supa Pools customer account, meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years, and comply with all relevant identity and verification checks.
- Each game round will have a published list of fixtures or events and a cut-off time for entry.
- All entries must be received before the advertised closing time. Entries submitted after the closing time will be void and stakes refunded.
- Once your entry has been accepted and confirmed by our system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn.
- The Betmonie computerised records are the final and conclusive proof of all bets placed and accepted.
4. Betting Units and Combinations
- The minimum stake (unit bet) is as displayed for each individual game, usually £2 per entry line.
- Where multiple outcomes or “perm” entries are selected within a single fixture, the total cost of entry will equal the number of combinations multiplied by the unit stake.
- Bets will only be accepted up to the amount of available funds in your account balance at the time of placing the entry.
5. Game Results and Settlement
- Unless otherwise stated, all football-based Betmonie games are settled based on the score or outcome at the end of normal time (90 minutes plus any stoppage or injury time).
- Extra time, golden goals, and penalty shoot-outs do not count toward settlement.
- The official results used for settlement are those declared by the governing body or competition organiser, as verified by Supa Pools’ authorised data providers.
- Should official confirmation differ from initial reports, the final official result will always take precedence.
- All results, dividends, and prize payouts are published on the Betmonie website and app following settlement.
6. Postponed, Abandoned or Cancelled Matches
- If a listed fixture is abandoned and an official result is not declared within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, the match will be declared void for settlement purposes.
- In most football-based games, such fixtures will be treated as a draw (X) unless stated otherwise in the specific game rules.
- If fewer than the minimum required number of matches in a game round are completed, Betmonie may declare the entire pool void and refund all stakes.
- If an event is postponed to a later date beyond the same game round, that event will not count for that round.
7. Deductions and Commission
Betmonie may deduct a small operator commission or statutory deduction from each pool before calculating dividends.
The rate of deduction may vary by game type but will always be published clearly in the relevant game description.
The balance of the pool after deduction is distributed to winners in accordance with the Game Rules.
8. Dividends and Payouts
- Dividends are calculated by dividing the total distributable pool by the number of winning entries at each winning level.
- Where applicable, Jackpot dividends (e.g., all correct results) and consolation dividends (e.g., 5 or 4 correct results) will be announced once official results are confirmed.
- All payouts are credited directly to the customer’s Betmonie account balance.
- Dividends may be rounded down to the nearest penny to ensure equal distribution.
- Betmonie reserves the right to withhold payments where fraud, collusion, or account irregularity is suspected, pending investigation.
9. Errors, Voids and Technical Failures
- In the event of a technical malfunction, data transmission error, or system failure, Betmonie reserves the right to void affected entries and refund stakes.
- If any match data or result is incorrectly displayed or processed, settlement will be corrected based on the verified official result.
- Where a pool is materially compromised, Betmonie may declare it void, and all affected entries will be refunded in full.
10. Responsible Play
Betmonie is committed to promoting responsible gambling.
Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, time reminders, and use self-exclusion tools where appropriate.

- All Betmonie games are conducted using secure, independently audited systems that ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with UK Gambling Commission requirements.
- Fixtures and game data are supplied by reputable third-party data providers under strict integrity agreements.
- Betmonie may void any entry or withhold winnings where manipulation, multiple-account activity, or misuse of data is detected.
12. Account and Identity Verification

- Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or forfeiture of winnings.
- Betmonie retains the right to close duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
13. Disputes

- If a customer is dissatisfied with the outcome, the matter may be referred to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider approved by the UK Gambling Commission.
- Betmonie will always cooperate fully with any ADR or regulatory process.
14. Governing Law
These General Game Rules, and any disputes arising from them, are governed by the laws of Scotland. All participants agree that any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
15. Amendments
Betmonie reserves the right to amend, replace, or update these Game Rules from time to time. Any changes will be clearly published on the Betmonie website and will apply to all subsequent game rounds.
